I met Andrew when he and I were both involved in a community effort to support local students in preparing for their careers. When my time on the road wound down and I needed to connect with my home region, I reached for a bit of his time to talk about the plan. His response was profound. He not only made the time available, he welcomed me into his worldview and has taken many steps to help me connect.
