I was struggling to get my head around some of the topics for the ICRM testing and ran into Andrew at a local chapter meeting for ARMA. Andrew took it upon himself to become a mentor to me and over the course of the next few weeks he was able to break things down simply in a way I could understand and prepared me for the test. I took the exam and passed. I’m not sure I could have done it without his help. I cannot thank Andrew enough.
