Andrew Ysasi – Founder of Admovio and Career Strategy Expert

Andrew Ysasi founded Admovio in 2014 to elevate the practice of career coaching and empower professionals to present their best selves on paper and in person. As the creator of the proprietary RZUME® methodology, Andrew brings a strategic and modern approach to resume development—one that has been showcased in CIO.com’s Resume Makeover series. With a passion for career advancement, he has reviewed thousands of resumes from professionals worldwide, helping them stand out in competitive markets.

Andrew’s leadership journey began in the mid-1990s, where he quickly rose to management roles among highly skilled peers. After earning his graduate degree in 2010, he continued to grow under the guidance of seasoned mentors and, in turn, began coaching others toward achieving their career aspirations.

His professional expertise spans executive leadership, education, and advocacy. He serves as an executive at Vital Records Control, championing information governance initiatives nationwide. Andrew is also a respected mentor and elected Regent of the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), a former adjunct professor at Davenport University, a guest lecturer at San Jose State University, a content contributor for Cybrary, a published author, and a frequent speaker at academic and industry events.

Andrew holds a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and certificates from the University of Pennsylvania and Cornell, as well as multiple professional certifications.
